  • 8 years’ experience in the Humanitarian sector in Kenya, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan.

  • Management skills include: human resources management, benchmarking and salary survey, project remote management, incident management, monitoring and evaluation, planning, developing, implementing and evaluating human resources and labor relations policies, etc.

  • Change management skills include:  instituting human resources reforms e.g. carrying out job analysis, developing job descriptions, training needs assessment, manning levels and training programs plus its facilitation and implementation. 

  • Training skills include:  general management, project & time management, critical thinking, human resources policies, organizational development, supervision, performance management, human resources planning i.e. staff recruitment, retention, career development, job evaluation and employee relations.
