Education:  

• Kalil is currently pursuing PhD in Public Administration and Management at Mount Kenya University in Nairobi

• Masters of Public Administration and Management, Mount Kenya University, Nairobi

• Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering from National University

Work Experience: 

• Kalil has more than 23 years of extensive work experience in Kenya, South Sudan, Somalia, Pakistan, Ethiopia, England, Canada, Dubai, Egypt, and South Africa.

• Strong interpersonal skills, sensitivity to others, ability to interact and work with people of diversified cultural background with aim of achieving organizational goals.  

• Project (including classical and remote management) planning, designing, management, implementation, closure and exit strategies 

• Years of experience working in conflict zones with the ability to analyze and evaluate critical matters pertaining to mission/project management including context and security.

• Problem-solving, the building of interactive relationship and Innovation and Critical Incident management.
